RealWorld Training and Development was founded by Ashref Ismail who has 25 years’ experience in both the public and corporate sectors. A qualified teacher, part-time lecturer, certified facilitator, assessor, moderator, he is also passionate about coaching and mentoring. Dozens of people have achieved success through his no-nonsense, tough-love approach to performance coaching. A selfless patriot, he remains committed to empowerment as a means of achieving economic prosperity and personal victory. Ashref holds a number of qualifications and is adamant about lifelong continuous development as a means of responding to the challenges of the global working environment.
